Looking for a part time self- employed Property Inventory Clerk with experience

We are looking for a part time self- employed Inventory Clerk with experience. Please note: There is no guaranteed amount of work every week.

This position would suit a either a student, or someone who would like to supplement their weekly income. We can supply AIIC associate membership if needed

Key Prerequisites:

1. Attention to detail
2. Excellent timekeeping (You will either use public transport or your own)
3. Professional attitude when dealing with clients
4. Experience using a dicta-phone and have your own equipment including a camera, FB keys and so on.
5. Attending jobs in Streatham, Herne Hill, Brixton and East London (South and East London)

You will not be expected to type up your Inventory reports(We have in-house typists who take care of this), however it will be expected that you finalize them(Paste in photos and check the text).

You will have to type up any check out or check in reports, our templates are easy to navigate though, and are not overly time consuming.

Payment. We offer above industry rates. Full details will be discussed with you once a satisfactory trial (or 2) has been completed. You will be compensated for the trial shift/s.
